New Delhi [India], July 15 (ANI): Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the grant of lease for Commercial Development of Railway land located at Rana Pratap Nagar railway station at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The land, with an approximate area of 1898.24 sqm, will be leased for 60 years with a reserve price of Rs 9.04 crore. The Built-Up Area (BUA) offered is 4998.00 sqm, as per the official statement of RLDA.
The railway land at Rana Pratap Nagar is situated in the Jodhpur Division of the North Western Railway, near the Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station. It has access from Sardar Patel Marg, which is currently 20 meters wide and is proposed to be widened to 45 meters. The site enjoys excellent connectivity to various parts of the city.
The site is bounded to the north by Sardar Patel Marg, to the east by private land, to the south by Rana Pratap Railway Station, and to the west by the station’s approach road and parking area.
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways for the development of Railway land.
It has four key mandates as a part of its development plan: leasing commercial sites, colony redevelopment, station redevelopment and multi-functional complexes. (ANI)
